3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our services.

4. Bar Owner Responsibilities

If you register as a bar owner, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your establishment
• Keep your listing information up to date
• Respond to user reviews in a professional manner
• Comply with all applicable local laws and regulations
• Hold valid business licenses and permits

5. User Content & Reviews

Users may submit reviews, ratings, and other content. By submitting content, you:

• Grant MyBar a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute your content
• Confirm that your content is truthful and based on genuine experiences
• Agree not to post defamatory, offensive, or illegal content
• Accept that we may remove content that violates these terms

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Post fake reviews or manipulate ratings
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated tools to scrape or collect data
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation

7. Intellectual Property

The MyBar name, logo, and all related content are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent. User-submitted content remains the property of the respective users, subject to the license granted above.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

MyBar is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy of bar listings or user reviews
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• The quality or safety of any listed establishment

Users should exercise their own judgment when visiting establishments.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyBar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to experiences at listed establishments.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tirana, Albania.
